As a producer, I am recognized for care in the creative output while maintaining all stakeholders’ interests with logic and empathy. As a leader and colleague, I support transformative growth in alignment with the company vision, and consciously steer for change management through production and people. 

I’ve held leadership positions as Head of Production (including Creative Services & Marketing Ops) on both Agency and Brand sides, giving me a keen sense of balance between creative ambition and business acumen. I adore precision, yet thrive in the invariably messy hub of production. I’ve loved this juxtaposition since I started as a PA to a legendary renegade director in 2001, and bringing that collaborative mindset to each place I work has kept my career both rewarding and renewed. Alongside my passion for photography and print, I have experience producing content for broadcast, publishing, experiential/events, social/digital & retail, which has honed my holistic approach to production. I have lived and worked across UK, EU, and US markets.
