Brandon Jordan

Brandon Jordan is that new breed of documentary photographer in the vein of CobraSnake, Germinal Roaux and Kareem Black who shoot their gratuitous lifestyle for all of us to share in... and I for one am grateful. How else would I know what was cool??? We get to live vicariously through these boys and boy do they make it look fun. It's enough to make you long for your youth, which is saying something. All that aside, Brandon's work is not just gratuitous, it's relevant and interesting. He's curious and obviously enjoys capturing everything that crosses his path. I love his pallette and his style. I hope he keeps it up and we get to see what happens next.

Bruno Dayan

Veteren fashion photographer Bruno Dayan has a knowing worldliness to his sumptuous work, referencing and honouring the venus of every time and generation. He doesn't linger on the akward teenage model instead choosing to make the siren's melody heard throughout his work regardless of setting. Working worldwide, based in Paris, he is versatile and delivers a satisfying luxury in all his images.

Elle Muliarchyk

Elle Muliarchyk had already made her name as a model when her irreverent streak bubbled to the surface and she began sneaking into the dressing rooms of posh boutiques and snapping portraits of herself decked out in lavish couture. With brains and beauty, Elle has gone from glamourous strength to strength creating conceptual pieces (often featuring herself as subject) that walk the art-fashion line, successfully at that. Definitely one to keep watching.

Ben Pogue

Ben is a NY based photographer represented by Walter Schupfer management. His fun, pop-y style is good enough to eat! I love his clean, colourful play on ordinary objects, he has a way of separating and balancing colour with white & black that puts the world in order. So fun.

Anna Skladmann

Born in 1986 in Bremen, Germany. Anna is a freelance photographer that lives and works between New York and Moscow. She graduated with a B.F.A in Photography from Parsons School of Design in 2008 where she studies partly in Paris and New York.

Anna's documentary of Russian life is somehow uplifting and celebritory rather than the usual grim portrayal. Each one of her portraits is more powerful than the next and the cumulitive effect is of a sympathetic admirer who respects her subjects and only wishes to record their strength of character. Refreshing and moving work.

Andrew Yee

Andrew Yee is one of those rare talents in fashion photography who has the ability to place equal celebration on the fashion, concept and model at the same time...is there nothing this man can't shoot and make fabulous and interesting!? His work is always a celebration of colour, contrast and form. I simply can't get enough of it. Whilst no where near as well known as the big names and competitors in fashion photography stakes, he should be, his work delivers on so many levels and continues to surprise each time.

Lesley Edith

British photographer resident in LA. Her left-of-centre childrens portraits are intimate and powerful, pitting the child as both object to be admired and studied specimen, whilst avoiding all the cliches of typical youth portraiture. Lesley shoots fashion portraiture for the adult market as well.

Jessica Silversaga

A Swedish photographer and journalist based in stockholm, Jessica was born 1982 in Sundsvall. Her romantic portraits are both intimate and isolated and leave the viewer with a clear sense that they were the voyeur of some romantic moment. Her beautiful girls all have an ethereal, 'Sofia Coppola' feel to them and I really enjoy her reluctance to give you eye contact with any of her subjects, it's a subtle, but sexy result.

Nick Knight

Knight's first book of photographs, 'Skinheads', was published in 1982, whilst a student at Bournemouth.[2] He was then commissioned by i-D editor Terry Jones to create a series of 100 portraits for the magazine's fifth anniversary issue. As a result of those black-and-white portraits, his work caught the attention of art director Marc Ascoli, who commissioned Knight to shoot the 1986 catalogue of avant-garde Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto in collaboration with renowned graphic designer Peter Saville.[2] Since this first foray into fashion photography, he has shot both editorial and advertising projects for clients including Alexander McQueen, Audi, Calvin Klein, Christian Dior, Shiatzy Chen, Jil Sander, Lancôme, Levi Strauss, Martine Sitbon,Mercedes-Benz, Royal Ballet, Royal Opera House, Swarovski and Yves Saint Laurent.[2]

Nick Knight directed back in 2001 his first music video ever, the controversial Pagan Poetry video, for avant-pop star Björk.[3] In 2011 he directed the video for Lady Gaga's single "Born This Way".[4] Care of wikipedia.
