Miranda oversaw art production, print production, 3D/Event production and creative services. She is a very strong manager, and she hired a team from the ground up, sourcing and identifying the right talent and culture fits and then growing and developing this team into an integral part of the marketing organization. Miranda has natural leadership instincts and intuitively knows how to best motivate individuals toward success for the brand and company, as well as personal success. She is very well loved by her team as she allows them to own their role and accountabilities while always being at the ready to remove barriers and ensure their success.
